Boothbay Fund Management, LLC (“Boothbay”) is an investment firm established by Ari Glass. Boothbay manages a global market neutral multi-strategy fund, which seeks to generate repeatable absolute returns with minimal volatility and correlation to traditional asset classes through all market conditions. We believe in combining non-correlated positive expectancy strategies by allocating across strategies with idiosyncratic sources of return, and target traditional and non-traditional sources of alpha. The fund’s portfolios are dynamically managed for risk and capital allocation.
